PMT solutions Management reviews: Debt Collector in Bellevue, WA

PMT Solutions is a great place place re: personnel and management but they have no benefits. That's the only reason that I'm considering leaving the company.

PMT Solutions was a great place to work. Management took interest in their staff. I felt like family instead of work. I learned a lot working here and would recommend anyone in the collection industry to work here

Fun Supportive Environment

Collector/Accounts Receivable(Former Employee) - Bellevue, WA - May 4, 2018

Management was always right there on the floor for support. From the first "Good Morning" huddle to the "See you tomorrow" huddle, they made us feel valued and important to the team and supported through every scenario of the day. We were encouraged to use our best judgement and never felt micromanaged. I found I enjoyed working directly with businesses and after showing professional handling of several business collection situations I was given lead in that area and excelled. I felt the managment trusted us because they were thorough in the hiring process and in communicating what they expected of us. Also, they kept the breakroom stocked with healthy and yummy snacks and drinks, I mean, what a perk!
