I love my manager but chances of advancing are slim. They’ve been telling me for over a year that they want to move me up in the team. I was hoping to fill a recently open spot but with a recent acquisition we are getting 2-3 people and my chances for that spot are gone until someone leaves the team. But they still want to train me to do the work without the pay raise or promotion. I love working from home and it seems they will be more flexible with that once things with Covid go back to normal. Time off is good, bank holidays are a plus.

PNC has amazing benefits and paid time off. However, don’t get your heart set on raises of anything more than an extra $0.25/hr.They just want you to do more and more with no extra compensation.

Maybe is just this branch in Pompano. Management is always late for work and we are late 5 minutes or less, we got warned. the morale of this branch is underground, no one is happy, everybody feels miserable. Maybe is just the branch because PNC has fairly good benefits.

Pay and benefit are good. Very short staffed. They pay well it is a very busy branch. Can be a fun place to work depends on the day. I like some of the programs they have to get extra HSA money.
