2 person platform therefore required to work every other Saturday from 8:15AM-12 Noon. 4 week month = 2 Saturday's, 5 week month = 3 Saturday's.

What advice would you give the CEO of PNC Financial Services Group about how to improve it?
I’ve actually considered contacting the CEO but I would love for him to know his so called management is a joke!! HR and the employee ethics hotline is a joke! They are actually useless and a total waste of time! They automatically side with the manager even when it is clearly the manager that’s the problem!! The regional manager had a one on one with each staff member, all the staff had/has the same issue, this NEW branch manager from BOA! This has been ongoing for a year! I don’t see how upper management can’t see that!! Prior to this manager, we had a WONDERFUL manager and everyone got a long, everyone was Ike family! We’ve tried with the new manager but she is always talking about her employees to other employees. She’s had numerous complaints filed by clients, which the staff was blamed for! Staffed has been told by the regional manager, “I support her (branch manager) 100%”! Ethics have been called, they say “talk to your regional manager”! Yeah, that’s a joke! He supports her!! Regional manager, HR & Ethics are all a joke!! Thy need to be fired! Let them know what it’s like to lose their job!

Tell me about yourself. How do you handle stress? How do you prioritize work? Explain your day to day with your previous role. Tell me about customer service. How would you get a customer to get/purchase that certain product you're selling?
The work environment was toxic and management does nothing about. My black asst branch manager was the best thing working there. I would've died being with those drama filled white women for three years. Ultimately, my last straw was just all the micromanagement and exception to SELL SELL SELL and they took away all incentives. So we don't get bonuses for surveys, but get anything under a 10 and they'll basically put you thru an intervention. But let the branch manager get a low score and it's oopies daisy! They want you to sell checking accounts, credit cards and other investments but no incentive anymore starting July 2020. The higher ups still gets their big cash outs though. Total bull. So happy to leave!
