Pay your workers better, give more time to finish the end shift duties especially when the crew is short. Every position matters when running a school, not just those in the higher professional positions. Find out why there is high turn over and where. Be realistic with your expectation such as not everything can be cooked, bagged, and served in a 3 hr time frame with limited hands.
