Changes since the acquisition:
-More structure/guidelines (which is a good thing)
-Free educational employee trainings throughout the year
-More employee engagement through holiday parties, chili cook-offs, Mac & Cheese contests, monthly food events, etc
-401k, It shows that they are investing in us employees.
I work with a great group of people, they want to be here and you can tell we all enjoy what we do.
I see turnover but mostly from people that aren't engaged in their work and are just here for the paycheck, they end up leaving anyway.
Overall, I am very happy with my job, the people I work with and the organization.
