Great corporate culture and allows people to have work life balance. However, advancement and career development is unstructured; allowing for vague and nonspecific feedback to be provided.

Great people. Great company. Company gives you plenty of support to make sure you succeed. They also provide you with enough freedom to take ownership of your projects.

Point B is an outstanding firm for any senior consultant to transition to once they are looking for autonomy of work and/or ability to grow their own service offering, looking for a change of pace from the traditionally cut-throat environment of big x consulting, and certainly a return to work/life balance.
The management team is strong and very personable. The firm is small enough that each leader connects with you on a personal level.
The culture is truly differentiated from the competition. There are few consultancies that focus on personal wellness as Point B.
The hardest part about the job is project selection. It's a smaller firm, so the consistent level of work that is relevant to your field of expertise is simply not there (yet).
What I enjoy most about the company is the flexibility in not just work arrangements, but for exploring new service lines and developing your own thought content. There is an entrepreneurial feeling to working for Point B.

Point B is a great consulting firm with great people. It fosters an environment in which the employee is the number one priority. My only complaints are that the work is not always the most interesting/challenging. Additionally, as the organization is very flat, meaningful leadership opportunities are sometimes hard to come by.
