Overly Micro Managed and Diverse Workplace

6-13Hours, depends on seniorityYou learn about concrete, how it is supposed to be.Management is extremely Micro-Managed.Hardest part of this job is customers and management and how management sees you, they are very removed and handle things poorly, I think it would help if the people that really pulled the strings had actually done the job. When you finally get to the point you can actually do this job, (takes literally a couple years) anyone can do it, but to be good at is takes time, you feel like you are really helping your customers.
