" Human resources" is an useless group of liars that keep employees working over their probation period. They use this tactic to keep employees scared of creating a union.
The process followed by HR is whatever fits. Some employees call it "kicking the can" in the road. They will not provide a prepared and professional training to employees, but management expects that they work as they were. Only employees that do not have options stay in this place. "Industrial revolution" corporate mentality.
They will lie to you. If you are told 90 days, expect to be a temp for a minimum of 6 months right on up to year. PolyOne is a bit full of itself to be honest
Not really sure anymore. I started as a temp and was hired after a couple of months. Some people said they had to do a lot of online work before they ever got an interview, saying it took a couple of months.

It takes awhile to get hired into Polyone but once you do it's worth it. You work as a temp until they are ready to hire people.
