Ponce is a joke!!,

I had 2 trucks under contract thru PONCE and immediately found out they are a joke and a porely run company and they pay is pathetic and a joke. DON'T PLAN ON STAYING ONCE YOU SEE THE EXPECTATIONS.

Room for growth and learning.

Company is small but growing. They care about their employees and drivers. Lots of room to grow and get one on one support. Definitely a good working environment to move up and gain new skills.

Consistent work and respected

Ive been here for 4 yrs. they took me in with 1 year of experience and gave me an oppurtunity to work. The perks are no touch frieght, drop and hook + overtime. Easy work and I get weekends off.

High paced. All about the numbers.

Work holds unrealistic expectations. It is very difficult to complete your daily route every week. Expect to be very tired and sore all the time. Also expect the lack of communication and other employees unsure of what to do.
