Poor HR and Management support

Pontoon's new executive mgmt doesn't provide actual LEADERSHIP, and in turn has made some poor hiring decisions. In a vacuum of actual leadership, the customer's demands, no matter how unreasonable or against the contract, are always given into at the cost to Pontoon and the employees already doing the work. Therefore, Pontoon mgmt cannot afford to hire more staff under the contract (to make any money) so the current team gets overworked and burnt out.
My new mgr is a poor communicator, biased & disrespectful towards colleagues, & condescending. She has been dishonest with me and other team members which has created zero trust in her and overall Pontoon mgmt.
Knowledge about talent acquisition and staffing, good tools and systems to do your job, good health benefits options with even better PTO, and strong programs for employee participation for volunteerism.
