CSR/ Front Desk Position/Billing Specialist
CSR - Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) – Portsmouth, NH – October 3, 2018
It's a fast paced work environment; answering phones, replying to emails, and doing invoicing. If the pay was more competitive, I would be content, but there's a lot of room for improvement with pay being around $13 an hour. The expectations, and responsibilities are a lot for the lackluster pay. I feel like I could get paid a lot more, while doing less somewhere else.
Great work environment, flexible schedule.
Low salary. No raise after 90 days as discussed in interview after meeting performance expectations.
