I felt great. This is such a good company. The way they handled things is a little different from other warehouses. But it’s still manageable.

My greatest joy was maintaining a high level of satisfaction, which allowed me to bring loyal customers to my new workplace. The company had shipments come in to the various ports, drivers assigned to deliver them, then they had to get a load to somewhere else to keep busy. I even interacted via text in Spanish with drivers in Los Angeles, and was phone-dispatching drivers in two other regions of the country. The oddest part was - it was easy to see the company was not making a profit and when I approached the CEO about it, his response was "We're not here to make money."
