I currently work a Support for their Salesforce CRM software P2. I deal daily with a portfolio of clients troubleshooting issues, configuring Salesforce, and fulfilling custom development requests.
Fairly laid back environment, free lunch every Tuesday and several happy hours. My manager is very good about communication and checking bi-weekly to ensure - more ... I don't need assistance to address any issues that may be occurring.
The only complaint is the cliques that occur. IT and development are somewhat outcast and the Sales department is very fussy.
