Decent
Very good pay ($20 plus), 100hrs PTO, and good support from management/employees. It’s very stressful, customers are very rude, other departments don’t want to do their Job, and they’re afraid to speak to customers.

They don’t have decent CS. They want sales, then other departments drop the ball
Upper Management makes the big bucks. Installs take forever and are horrible. They are completely disorganized. No one helps with customers. They get screwed and it’s too bad. It’s embarrassing.

Keep looking!!
Worked here for about 8 months as an appointment setter. Things were fine until they fired my manager and brought in someone who is clueless. The new manager favored certain ones and gave them all the good leads. The same people were always on top. It was obvious. I tested this by submitting my own online solar inquiry. Wouldn’t you know it, those same people were the very first to call me! So don’t believe them when they tell you they don’t favor anyone, that’s simply a straight up lie! Management doesn’t like to be challenged here. They want to hear their opinion coming out of your mouth. They say they want feedback and it’s a team, but that’s another lie. Today I’m currently working for a solar company that truly does care. I crush my numbers every week and get more in one week then in an entire month at Posigen.

Nice people but a pretty low pay.
I love PosiGen for its amazing team. However, the compensation is low. The annual reviews aren't increasing the salary very much. However, the company has amazing health insurance benefits.
