Yes Fast paced, but fun filled on some Holliday's such as Halloween....they had really awesome decorations, dress up, music and candy. This Competition for fun, treats & laughs....helps keep stress down, makes an enjoyable work environment. Hope they will celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas similar as well.

Let's just say, various depends on the position you are applying for, they take their time to make a decision.... I applied in September and I got hired in November. It shouldn't take sixty days to do three face to face interviews and hire qualified individuals. I would recommend better communication between human resources and the departments to make the decision and the process faster or the company will miss out on good candidates. Also you need to run background checks (prior) to any offers.....why make an offer then find out the person's past history? If anyone has a history of mental health or is a sex preditor we want to know, as soon as possible. Plus the background will determine if you need the drug screening. Know who you are hiring, too many mass shootings going on......makes more sense to protect your employees within the highering process.
