In addition to competitive hourly rates, full-time staff are eligible for a comprehensive benefit package that includes medical, dental, vision, short and long term disability, and life insurances. The majority of these benefits are paid primarily or partially by the company. Additionally, full-time staff are eligible for paid time off, paid holidays, flexible spending accounts, retirement contributions with employer match, and free use of the Employee Assistance Program.

In addition to competitive starting hourly rates, part-time staff are paid time and a half for holiday hours, are offered flexible scheduling, and are eligible to participate in retirement contributions with employer match and have free use of the Employee Assistance Program.
