Thankful to have a job but hate it. What used to be a wonderful hospital with an amazing culture of kindness and caring has been torn down since Post Acute bought it a year ago.

I hated working there!! The Resp Manager did nothing but gossip all day. There was a lot of favoritism. If the ex CEO, which is now District Manager, didn't like you or the way you look he would find a reason to get rid of you. He is a bully and threatened the entire management team's job on a daily basis. The CEO they have now is a puppet and the DON is sneaky and a back stabbed. They don't care about the employees or the patients. They only care about putting patients in a bed. Don't walk away from this place! RUN as fast as you can!!!!! Former CNA at PAM Hammond, La

Post Acute medical is my specialty field. I've had many many years experience in this field and a short-term rehab facility or Hospital. I would like to know the pay. I expect to have at least an hourly rate at $15, with Health insurance. I've been a certified nurse's aide for 17 years. I'm CPR certified up-to-date with all my PPD shots and physical. Total of experience is 37years. I am very good at what I do in my job. Being an older aide, a person gets to learn many aspects of the field. I will be waiting for your answer, either way. Ty very much.
