Great place to work if you are maintaining their core manufacturing and transportation software and interfaces, but the other software to keep operations functioning are not highly regarded.

Excellent place to work. A LOT OF OVERTIME. You will make a lot of money.
Pneumatic controls mechanic (Former Employee) –  Battle Creek, MIJune 4, 2018
Management is disconnected from the work force. Job security is unsure. Weak union. Overtime is 16 hours not 12. A lot of time away from home. Highly skilled people.
Pros
Overtime money, highly skilled workers.
Cons
Time away from home, management, weak union

It wasn't a great experience
Summer Associate (Former Employee) –  Northfield, MNMay 23, 2018
The management was poor and very low maintenance. The few guys who did know what they were doing didn't care for their job since the company had tranferred ownership and they'd lost much of their pay and job security. For us summer help, we were promised 15 dollars an hour, but due to staffing agencies we were robbed blind of 3 of those dollars.
