The owners are the best at leading and encouraging everyone to be the best they can. They are always looking for ways to do things together.
Owners give workers a chance to shine. They are not bogged down by bureaucracy.

The more mail that comes in the pay still remains the same

I learn how to barcode mall, zip codes for different cites around America. Management can be mean all the time which comes with a lot of yelling. The hardest part of the job is to make sure the mail goes to the right city. No breaks which include long hours of back pain.

semi Productive work place had alot of room for improvement before i began working.

A typical day would start off by me making sure all of the workers had all of the supplies needed to do their job productively without having to leave their work area. certain days required me to run the machine and make sure the bar code was placed on each piece of mail properly. Recently I was moved up to dispatch which required me to strap all of the out going mail, scanning them so they could be placed on the truck and sent out to the post office. This was a daily routine that had to be completed in order for the company to run smoothly and productively.
Pros
Always work to be done.
Cons
Many of the temporary workers were hard headed and difficult to speak with, because they wouldn't know how to follow directions properly.

Handling the Parascript(r) software reads handwritten mail to expedite processing and reduce the postage costs.
