Postmates is currently violating all it's drivers as well as county state and federal laws this equals to us drivers are expendable.

Postmates have a corrupt business model that benefits managment, but not their drivers. Although the work schedule is flexible, you’re essentially working for free. When you do the math, you’re working to pay for the gas and wear and tear on your car, and not enough for that. You can often get paid as low as $3 for a 35 to 45min. delivery. Many people don’t tip, despite good service, so you cannot reasonably factor that into pay. The company does not appear to be concerned about their drivers, and quite frankly they’re dishonest — their ads are misleading as it concerns pay. I’m baffled that they get away with paying less than minimum wage essentially. The pay is both embarrasing and demeaning.

Was not worth my time! How do they even get away with not paying min wage anyways? Can't call anyone for help, your on your own. Don't make very much money then they charged 50 cents to pay you early. And you will need to pay it to gas up.

The pay is not very good but will help you survive. Or just some extra pocket change if you're bored. I would say the amount of people who cancel and the guaranteed pay for a certain amount of deliveries is impossible. People will cancel on you and you lose deliveries that you think you have to reach your goal. The truth is some deliveries are so difficult in finding consumers apartment it takes so much time. There's no way you can make 8-12 deliveries in 4 hour window. You are lucky if you make 4. Only way is if every pick up you have you pick up mutiple orders. Otherwise it's not going to happen.

They will have to do something different once they lose their drivers. A few weeks ago they had a bonus that paid $2 or $3 extra per delivery that was the best move they made in years. Their typical type of bonus is if you do 6 deliveries 5pm -9pm your guaranteed $30. Postmates first 2 years was great now their worse than uber eats and doordash.

They are corrupt--really, it's a business model for mapping last-mile deliveries--they could care less about customer service--They do not care about you, your car or your time===Corrupt business modeling.

If you relocate the incentives or bonuses will send you to your former location and Postmates won’t fix it. They don’t value employees enough to want to help them

Does not pay enough it's like working for free.
