Pay more if not gonna pay min wage at least supply the drivers a free meal including a drink and fries and then 2 liquids water or coffee or soda when delivering.. maybe pay more for mileage and wait time.. we burn out our gas and its expensive..we walk out broker then we started

Pay minimum wage

Stop firing civilian drivers that can't get on a military base, and the customer doesn't want to come to the gate to get their order

Give us a real person to ask questions on real time. Also have a real person answer our emails and questions. Give us the benefit of the doubt when something goes wrong. Sometimes it’s as simple as tapping the wrong option. Such as canceling a delivery by mistake.

Guranteed Hourly wage for delivery personell would be nice or ability to charge your own rates, to begin receiving pay upon acceptance of deliveries based on minimum wage, charging extra for deliveries that aren't pre-placed, not having to get customers to sign as the employer, have the balls to actually hire the people you enslave or give food vouchers to your slaves/enroll them in food stamps.

The pay for delivery drivers needs to be doubled. I work for Postmates in Los Angeles, and have almost quit mid-delivery because four dollars is just not worth it and CUSTOMERS DO NOT TIP MUCH, IF AT ALL.

Delivery fee needs to go up... 4.00 to drive across the city isn't worth it .. all the money goes back to gas. You are going to loose all your drivers eventually.. because of this rip off....1.00 to make order 10¢ each minute you wait... 1.00 to drop it off... .30¢ a mile... It isn't worth it... Time is money...

Expand areas where you give incentives. Right now Los Angeles in the only county in California that you can get incentives, I live in Riverside county.

Wish they had a Better Customer Service or Support System..All the Delivery Person can do is rely on other situations....NO Live Help just other driver situations to look at and hope your's is same
