Pushing for bonus incentives to try to earn higher wages.

Wear and rear on my car, horrible compensation, unrealistic driving goals ($550 for 110 deliveries in 3 daysthere simply isn't that many orders in DTLA or Hollywood even)

Look I’ll be honest with you you have flexibility with the schedule however the problems that you’re gonna run into our 10% of the customers the ones that think they’re right by there not right. They will complain about you about not getting their deliveries after you wait there 1520 minutes with them and they don’t come out and then you get penalized for it. Check your tips and I know your tips get paid, check the times that you wait for your food to come out because they’ll pay you for 1015 minutesBut in reality you were there 45 minutes and I’ll let you check your deliveries post mate will not check in for you and you don’t get paid for that that adds up weekly monthly yearly that’s a lot of money we talking about hundreds of dollars. My experience it was OK I’ll give it a D minus because any customer complains you get a next a new account and they will shut you off even though it’s not your fault personally I wouldn’t waste my time with them find another company because they’re not for you do there for their customers. I gave them 100% of my customer service and they still fired me for something that I was not even guilty of is that it was the customers fault.Out of 10customers Mine are really good but it’s just that one customer that will work for you. Personally it’s not worth it find someone some of the company to work for because Postmates is not for you it’s for the customers side. Don’t waste your time with his people.
