Overworked but stayed for the residents.

Work was gratifying due to the residents appreciation, but otherwise it was horrible. Management did not care if you hadn’t had a day off in weeks, would try and make you work doubles almost every day. A lot of management is family/close friends outside of work so if you’re not a part of that they could care less about your well being.

The residents were great

Over worked under appreciated No management help But the residents were really nice. Appreciated everything you did for them And so are some of the employees

Lots of activities for the residents to do

Fun place where all the staff seemed very interested in the true well being of their residents. I was disappointed that I was only temporary. I loved my job, as well as the residents.

At first working there was alright but there’s always to much drama happening everywhere. The management sucked if you complained about something it would never get fixed just overall don’t work here.
