Great Place to Learn
Written by Remodeling Consultant (Current Employee) from Houston, TX on January 14, 2019
The job allows a lot of free time, as you only need to work when you have an appointment. I learned tons of amazing techniques and strategies on how to over come objections and get the sell. Management was new in the beginning and had some learning curves, but learned quickly and has gotten better and better with time. The hardest part of the job is - more... that you are paid commission only, which is scary at first, but very rewarding. The most enjoyable part of the job is the time you get between appointments to have your own time to do whatever you want with. There are lots of events and other thing ... - less
Prosgreat earning potential, great place for veterans, good people to work with
Conscommission only, a bit of favoritism in the office
