I would put my company's culture up against any other business out there. Our people are just built different. We are one big hearted crazy fun family that works hard and is constantly trying to be better humans to help not only each other but everyone else around us. Power cares more about you as an individual before your performance.Power creates the opportunity for you to change the trajectory of your life. Since working at Power, I have bought my house, had my dream wedding and honeymoon, bought my dream car, and had my beautiful daughter. I never am stressed about money and have piece of mind that my family is always taken care of and live comfortably. My favorite part about power is that they invest in their people with initiatives and the summits to make us better humans even if we decide power isnt our forever home. The annual all expense paid for trip to Mexico with celebrity performers is incredible but nothing compares to the summits that power puts together. The thought, effort, and time that goes into creating the content and experience is mind blowing. The hardest part about working at power is if you are in sales, you have to be able to ride the waves of the ups and downs in sales. The best advice is to not allow yourself to get too high or too low mentally. But you will be surrounded by people who are willing to go out of there way to help you get back on top.

Culture is supportive and fun, there are so many bright spots about Power people and their level of support for one another. Sales environment is difficult, appointments are set any which way and homeowners could be happy to see you or aggressive and not even let you inside.

Power home remodeling builds a culture were the group collectively works together to hit goals. The objectives are clear and the support is there. We are rewarded with company outings and bonuses. It's a great place for people who strive to grow both professionally and personally

Power has been a life changing experience. It has incredible incentives and culture, but what really stood out to me was its upward growth!I’ve found a place I have fun and I see myself having a long lasting career here!

Basic interview questions.

It was a very quick phone interview. I was asked about my previous experience and then told they would let me know in 48 hours if they would like me to have a second interview. I never heard anything back.
