Dont be fooled by the pay, they always toy with the money
QC Inspector (Former Employee) – Wood Dale, IL – August 2, 2018
The management has no idea of what's going on. And the engineering department is the absolute worse. No one is ever on the same page, and the work always has to be redone.. they take your vacation time and your sick days. Just a terrible place to work
Material Handler (Former Employee) – Wood Dale, IL – April 18, 2018
sadly this place has potential but management is a bad joke. they have an opportunity, for improvement. but the staff that manage this place in todays date have no clue onto how to make this happen. Good luck to all who stays there you will need it when I left I was not upset I was relief. I left on my own terms :) happy guy
forgot to mention HR they are a group that should be replace on the spot. I think they have no clue to what ethics are
Managers last about 2years so this group has about 18 months left
All the bad reviews you see are true. This is not the place fot a person with strong integrity to work. Expectations were always unreal and tensions were all ways high. As I saw in another post, don’t walk away from this place run as fast as you can away!!!
Manager (Former Employee) – Wood Dale, IL – January 23, 2018
Worst place to work, executive management is a joke, the worst unprofessional bunch of people that they could have scrapped from the bottom of the barrel. its basically a boys club so your either in or not
Engineer (Former Employee) – Madison Heights, MI – December 22, 2017
Although they changed all the management in Chicago that were involved in the scandal, the real people responsible are still working at the company. There is no real plan to change or improve the company. Management in MH is non-existent so morale is extremely low with no leadership, goals or plan. Overall company (as mentioned in another note) is a sinking ship. Just don't do it.
Supplier Quality Engineer (Current Employee) – Wood Dale, IL – January 12, 2015
Power Solutions International is the place to be if you like automotive. Everyday you learn something new and people are willing to help you. The benefits are great. Managers know how to direct you. However, you need to be a hard worker, it is a very demanding environment.
