Performance Coach (Former Employee) –  Manheim, PANovember 7, 2018
Typical day you would have 3 clients and hour whom you would take through their individual designed workouts. Need high energy and desire to help people reach and exceed their potential. Must be ready to work with clients of various age ranges and of talent levels. A lot of young athletes and professional athletes train with them.
Pros
Clients, every day is different
Cons
short breaks

Performance Coach (Former Employee) –  Harrisburg, PASeptember 21, 2015
Loved all the people that came in but just was thrown into the wolves without even getting a second to breathe. I was not getting paid enough for the quality work that I was doing.
Pros
Got a free gym to work out in, loved the people, and had a great time there.
Cons
No time to break, not really a lunch hour, bad organization
