Working at Powerhouse has made a major impact on my life. They have a stellar training culture and they aren't afraid to spend money on their people and put money back into the company. If you dont know a thing about boilers, they will train you and they have invaluable resources with which to train (if you have the drive to work). If you do not have a strong work ethic, this may not be the company for you. Powerhouse rewards and applauds innovation and "outside-the-box" thinking. There is also a high chance for travel and days away from home, depending on your position. The leaders at Powerhouse demand a high quality of work, efficiency, and self-management, to a degree. If you have these skills/qualities or want to attain them, this is the job for you.
