A typical day at Prairie Farms is very busy and fast pace. You have to have the ability to multitask all day long. They workplace is a little unorganized. The hardest part of the job is properly handling the stress of other employees within the company. Another hard part of the job is having little or no performance based incentives. They are quick to tell you what you have done wrong, but lack of what has been done correctly The most enjoyable part of the job is communicating with the customers via phone/walk-ins.
Was told I had the job and I was the one they wanted then was told they haven't made a decision yet then after getting a hold of management was told have a good day and good luck. Not a reliable company not honest or straight up kinda shady
Personally I'm very hurt an disgusted at how the out come of my removal of Prairie farms was performed by management and staffing agency, I am a very hard take pride person in my work performance as I showed for your company , and due to one person in management that did not like myself for whatever his reasoning is and this should have been handled more professional
