Flux between way to fast and way too slow. This is seriously a terrible place to work.

We go through so many pts. It's hard to keep up. Staff are burnt out and management could care less.

The work is very demanding and fast-paced. Overall my co-workers were wonderful people but occasionally someone would float in from another unit and not understand the flow of our unit. Nurse supervisors were supportive but I would have liked to interact with them more on busy days (which was most). I loved my role and was sorry to relocate for family reasons.
