I don't work at Praxair, so from the outside looking in, I do see that the company has great growth and great leadership. But I will say this when a company experiences problems you must look at management they are the first indicators when your workforce is not satisfied, and growth and customer service are affected.
Run the company like its 2018 and not 1980’s or 90’s ...
Replace the management team.
