Production Technician III (Current Employee) – Houston, TX – April 11, 2019
Alot of favoritism going seems like only the poeple they want to move do so regardless of how much other people have worked harder for it..they (managment at all levels) praise the lazy and punish the hard worker...lack of communication..
Job was alright very family oriented and suported. The bebefits were fine. It was a posting job with high volume daily duties of posting daily This company haf a major layoff in Beaumont, TX and their was no advance notice.
Not a very good job. Pay isn’t what it should be and workers get worked to hard.
Operation Technician (Current Employee) – Indianapolis, IN – July 22, 2019
Pay isn’t what it should be. Won’t hire new workers, so current workers do double the work. Speak safety but only care about there turn over numbers! This place when I started was a decent job. Didn’t have to be overworked. Now, they overwork the heck out of the employees. They don’t care or show interest in awarding workers when they do good. And lie out of their teeth. There is room for advancement but the company doesn’t want to give the workers the opportunity to advance.
