Shipping and Receiving (Former Employee) – Houston, TX – June 10, 2019
A typical day at work there I would get there early to clean working area. Start making boxes for the cylinders that will ship that day. Log in the bar codes of cylinders that would ship that day. Inventory boxes that will be need later in the week. It is a face pace job so time does go quickly. Hardest part was the only time you could sit was during lunch. On your feet all day. Managment was great got bonus when we meet are quote.
Job was alright very family oriented and suported. The bebefits were fine. It was a posting job with high volume daily duties of posting daily This company haf a major layoff in Beaumont, TX and their was no advance notice.
Not a very good job. Pay isn’t what it should be and workers get worked to hard.
Operation Technician (Current Employee) – Indianapolis, IN – July 22, 2019
Pay isn’t what it should be. Won’t hire new workers, so current workers do double the work. Speak safety but only care about there turn over numbers! This place when I started was a decent job. Didn’t have to be overworked. Now, they overwork the heck out of the employees. They don’t care or show interest in awarding workers when they do good. And lie out of their teeth. There is room for advancement but the company doesn’t want to give the workers the opportunity to advance.
