Treat people with respect, stop forcing only certain people to work all of the overtime, get rid of most of the current management.
10 days annually. Paid holidays are New years, good friday, memorial day, 4th of july, Thanksgiving and christmas.
Proud, it's known to be a tough place to work but great for those who are thick-skinned. Also proud to work for a home-grown company (I'm in Oregon.)
