First I will learn and understand the process in the fewest period of time, then I will tackle the mos urgent priorities setting finishing times in agreement with all involved personnel including outsources if any. You might think that success is got nothing to do with "a better place to work " but I rather work in a successful kind of environment where people can be proud to work in. Thanks E. Uribe

I would accept less sales and make less money by paying employees more and making them work less. I do not think this makes sense from a company point of view.
