I left because I moved and there where no PTS in my area. Now 3 years later there is. Trying to get back. Hope it works out. Love this company.

They only care about the documentation for reimbursement. They expect you to complete all of your documentation while you are with the patient. The electronic medical record and the detail which they expect you to document is so time consuming that if you completed documentation to their standard, you would have very little time left to actually treat the patient.

Holidays are not recognized by Medicare. So that day needs to be covered. There are many therapists of different faiths who request different holidays off. Some don't recognize x-mas, thanksgiving, etc. and are totally cool with working those. All managers will offer working a Sat/Sun instead of working a holiday. Bottom line is that you always can work with your team so that everyone gets time off that they want.
