Make sure that you understand instructions that make no sense, if you get stuck in claims, makes sure you transfer out soon, I heard the other departments were great

Don't. They are letting go & farming out departments at an alarming rate but keeping it quiet. Chewing up customer service with unattainable goals & letting them go too easily. They don't give you the tools to succeed once you are out of training. On+boarding very misleading. You do start at $15 but boy will you suffer for it. If you desperately need to insure a family & dont care about horrible days and you can handle it then go ahead. Again hourly people there are amazing, I was in management and that is where it dips below horrible.
