The hours are long and hard but a little bit of common sense and organization can make the work load seem easy. It's a very inclusive company that promotes strong workers and innovative thinkers. While the opportunities to move in to management do not come by often, there are always untitled advantages that are awarded to the most suitable people.

1. setting up and prepare facility or event for function. 2. I gained a lot of useful knowledge and made really good friendships while working with Premier Events. 3. Management was great from owners to the assistant manager. 4. My work environment at Premier changed very frequently from Concert venues to football stadium. 5. if there was one thing that i can say was hard while at Premier , i would say not getting enough hours. 6. One of the best thing was getting to see and experience all types of music artist.

I love my job at Premier

bar tender/ staff supeervisor (Current Employee) - Metro Atlanta area - August 27, 2015

The most fun I have ever had at work. The hardest part is keeping up with the inventory, which is quite simple. When I arrive, I record my inventory and money , greet my staff, and proceed to set up our products for display. Most everyone there has an upbeat personality, and are alot of fun to work with. Management is always reasonable with scheduling and requests. This is a professional, but very fun atmosphere. The hardest part of the job is being on my feet for sometimes as many as 15 hours, in the heat. The most enjoyable part is the constant connection and interactions with people from all sorts of walks of life.

Fun, Fast pace work that call for being able to work under pressure.

On a typical day of work, i first check in with my boss to sign in and document what time we arrived. Next, we prepare work station, cook food, and get together all things needed by the customers. From start of show to the end I was in charge of hand to hand transactions with customers and also the handling of money and food.

I love this type of work.

As my first real work experience, I learned to deal with people in a real work environment. I worked through busy, as well as slow, times. I love that I can work all weekend, and though it is long and tiring, I make as much as my friends do in two weeks at their part time jobs.
