Research and Personal Assistant (Former Employee) – Valencia, CA – April 18, 2012
I worked after school and during school breaks with a good amount of hours to keep me busy. I learned about different CPA firms, their procedures, about the recruiting process and the best ways to construct a resume and cover letter properly. Management was great, positive, and straight forward about performance, expectations, and wages. Co-workers were nice, and assisted in keeping the work environment friendly and positive. The hardest part of the job was the desire to work in the field with the president when there was office work to be done. The most enjoyable part of the job was the excitement when a candidate was placed in a firm and a job was complete.
