PGT allows for flexibility in and out of the office. The atmosphere is set up for open discussions with your peers on better ways to grow as a professional and as an individual.The most enjoyable part of the culture is the people within the company. We operate as a team and always pick one another up in order to succeed. Not one person is greater than the other.

New Company with Lots of Opportunity

PGT is a newer company that has ongoing advancement opportunities as we continue to grow quickly. It is a strong team environment that is relaxed and productive. Everyone is compensated very well and most people are incentivized with commission and bonuses as well. Our sales team has the best commission structure in the business at 40% commission!
