About 1 week. You have to go through a 2 day orientation process. Day 1 is downtown at the HR building. You learn Premier's History and rules, regulations, etc. Day 2 orientation is at whatever facility you will be working at. All of this however comes after you have submitted all your information to HR, been fingerprinted, received a physical and passed your drug test.
