Culture is fear your leader. Don't ask questions. Be good at acting with little or no information. Now there's a strategy for success. Everyone else in the industry is doing this so we have to do it too. And faster. Who cares if it's really the right thing to do, or if the process is even truly vetted with the stakeholders before moving forward and making a sloppy mess of something that was not thought through by the people who really know what will work and what won't.
