I look forward to being at work each and every day. The parents are very supportive. I enjoy our High Scope curriculum because it's kid choice. Great

Premier Learning is a fun company to work for. The staff enjoy working with one another. The families are very nice too. Management encourages staff to be positive role models for the children. Teachers are able to create engaging lesson plans that make learning fun. Plenty of materials provided, making teaching easier. Classrooms are clean and inviting. Management enjoys providing staff gifts and lunches throughout the year! Insurance options available: dental, vision, life insurance, supplemental insurance like Aflac. Dress code is casual, but professional.

I liked working with my co workers at premiere but the management wasn't great at communicating. There also were no benefits, advancements in salary, and I felt like us teachers were not appreciated for all the work we did for the kids.

* A typical day at work was very calm and everyone worked together. * I learned to work better with others and pick up the slack, if someone else was lacking some where. *Management was very nice at this place of employment and at times there could have been a little more thought in what would be the best for an employee, then what was best for management. But overall it was a good caring environment. *The hardest part of the job was probably when management told us that these certain changes were happening and they didn't seem to really take in to account what the employees were telling them. *Everyday was mostly enjoyable and overall it is a really nice place to work. *They might get more employees to stay if they could offer some kind of benefits.
