A typical day working at Premier consists of managing drivers, moving trips to arrange routes of passengers, maintain logs, answering phones, sending and checking messages and emails. What I would say I learned from working there is being able to work in a fast paced environment, multi task, as well as work well with others all at the same time. Management at premier is different that alot of companies due to the fact that even though management is upper level they were not afraid to pitch in and help out crew members when neccessary which is a great asset to any company. The work place culture was very diverse, people from all walks of life. which meant you would always learn something new.The hardest part of working there was making sure our disabled passengers arrive at appointments on time which is critical especially in inclement weather. The best part of the job is the end of the day/or shift and your goal of passenger arrival was above 100 percent and you know you did a good job.
Overtime was always a plus. working with my co workers
