They hire all PTAs PRN so they don't have to offer benefits. Schedule can range 20hrs to 40+ depending on the week. The people are great, not a great long term company to stay with.

Great place to work! You’re sufficiently trained. Everyone is very nice, great work environment. Management is very helpful and approachable. Great communication with coworkers. Would recommend this practice to anyone interested.

The bosses here are great, understanding and helpful. Sessions are 40 mins and 1 on 1, so you never feel overworked seeing 3 patients at once. They are mostly flexible on you picking your schedule, as long as too many aren't having the same day off. Can work 8 hr days, 4 9s and a 5 hr day, 4x10s which is awesome. At this job you are definitely hustling the whole time your on shift. You do have the opportunity to learn a lot though. Some of the PTs were very fun to work with while others (one in particular) had difficulty maintaining professionalism and showing common workplace decency and respect to the aides. Go for it if you are looking to learn about OP.

The clinics are very fast paced which make documentation on-site difficult. As a result, you’re left with a lot of work at home. This makes work life balance very difficult.
