It’s very unorganized. The personnel in the front office have no idea what’s going on in the field nor do they care. I’ve watched them hire multiple people for the Senior Coordinator position off the streets and never asked me if I wanted to get promoted. Each individual was not qualified to be in that position either.

That’s for the O’Rileys and Petsmart side. I worked for the CVS side and the pay is different. We get paid hourly, hotels paid for and we got per diem. The other side just got paid 180$ a day and had to pay for their own hotel, gas and food.

Provide better per diem and not require travel partners. A good number of employees are home due to not able to get a travel partner.
