Management not listening and only micromanaging. Nitpicking insignificant small details and ignoring huge issues. Recognition for dedication and hard work for Premise Health is nonexistent.
Management pick favorites, there is gossip like back in high school, you can't go to HR because somehow everybody in the building finds out about it, pay is decent, benefits are okay, but hostile work environment amongst different departments.
Whole process was great. Series of 4 phone interviews with final in-person interview with hiring manager. Received an offer 5 weeks after the process started and I accepted. Started with Premise 3 weeks later. Great experience overall and I'm so happy with my decision.
If you were in charge, what would you do to make Premise Health a better place to work?
Get rid of management, front desk staff due to they dont know the scheduling, clean up have it up to.Date with osha laws, lab would be in appropriate use and organized, poct qc done as they are to, not have urine station next to copier. Not good get rid of expired supples for sure
It took about a week to get hired. The onboarding is a nightmare. They have high expectations of you but it took a month or two to get access and completely functional working machine.
Watch your back! They promise the moon, but once you get in the will stab you in the back. The manager will go to extreme lengths to set staff up to be fired by upper management. If she doesn't like them.
