Didn't like it team leads are uncompliant

Very uncompliant team leads and dumb communications. No Paid time off. Low pay.and bad commission structure. Come here if your morals arent high and you just want numbers and sales.

Best team culture ever

so let me just start this review by saying that i have worked for a lot of places over the years and this company really has exceptional management. My supervisor S*M over the PST zone is the absolute best and he has coached me and helped me make money when I otherwise wouldn't have known what to do. He is in my ear while I am with the clients on the phone assisting me to close sales and I have never had that kind of "hands on" dedicated training before from any of the other insurance companies that I worked for. He is an extraordinarily good manager and I'd follow him anywhere he goes if he ever left this company. Premium Choice is my family and I'm grateful to have stumbled upon such a stellar team. Sometimes the other managers assist us from the other time zones and they are equally as brilliant and amazing to work with. I completely fit in here and I am looking forward to enjoying many years to come with this team.

So far this is by the easiest hiring process with the most opportunity. All you need is at least your insurance license to get started and then it’s a chance to show what you can do.
