It’s more like sink or swim with a bad attitude should be working for the patients but backwards employees bad attitudes make it look as if patients should be appreciative that they are allowed things have to change

Receive approx 8 hours of PTO/Sick time per pay period or every 2 weeks. Holiday pay is deducted from this time as well.

It can drag out for months, depending on the department. There's a phone interview, then a live one, maybe a panel interview, maybe a tour of the office----or maybe not. There doesn't seem to be any consistency. They also tend to freeze jobs after starting to interview because they run out of money.
