Receive approx 8 hours of PTO/Sick time per pay period or every 2 weeks. Holiday pay is deducted from this time as well.

As a "benefit". The PTO SHOULD BE OWNED BY THE EMPLOYEE. BUT IT IS OWNED BY THE EMPLOYER. TOO MANY RESTRICTIONS. AND "ifs ands or buts "
I should not have to pay myself with my accrued time off for holidays. Short term disability etc. and I should not have to use it or lose it. We could be paid out at regular intervals rather than losing PTO
